寄养家庭:急救与心肺复苏标准
First Aid & CPR Venezuela
Becoming a substitute family in Venezuela, under the family-placement (colocación familiar) modality, means taking on the temporary care of children and adolescents who cannot remain with their parents. Before joining the registry, families receive training and guidance courses; first-aid and CPR preparation is commonly expected as part of that care.
急救要求
In family placement, governed by the LOPNNA and supported by IDENNA, individuals must be trained through capacitation and guidance courses for substitute families and pass the assessment of a multidisciplinary team (psychologists, social workers, lawyers and educational psychologists) before joining the registry of eligible families. Current first-aid and CPR training — wounds, choking, cardiac arrest, including pediatric CPR — is a reasonable expectation of that preparation, not an explicit legal requirement identified here.
Training and supervision of families fall under the family-placement program and are recognized by IDENNA. The training is in addition to the suitability assessment and the required conditions of physical and moral protection, and should be kept current.
